We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with the complete original packaging.

For returns due to personal reasons, including change of mind, size preference, or style preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, is significantly different from the listing, or if we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. In these cases, we will help resolve the issue and cover the return shipping cost if a return is required.

Lumora pieces are made primarily with high-purity 999 or 990 silver, depending on the design and structure of each piece.

We choose high-purity silver for its soft natural luster, gentle tone, and ability to carry texture, time, and touch.

999 & 990 Silver

999 silver contains approximately 99.9% silver. It has a soft, warm silver tone and is more delicate by nature.

990 silver contains approximately 99.0% silver. It keeps the beauty of high-purity silver while offering slightly better strength and durability.

For pieces with chains, clasps, moving parts, or delicate structures, 990 silver may be used to help the jewelry hold its shape better during daily wear.

Structural Parts

For better strength, durability, and wearability, certain connection points or structural parts may use a slightly adjusted silver composition.

This may include clasps, chain connections, jump rings, hooks, hinges, or other parts that need extra support.

These adjustments are a normal part of jewelry construction and help the piece remain stable and wearable over time.

Natural Silver Changes

Silver naturally changes over time.

Unless customization options are shown on the product page, each piece will be made according to the listed design and size.
