Lumora is operated by Lumora Jewelry Production and Sales Company Limited, a business registered in Hong Kong.
Chinese company name: 鹿陌銀飾生產銷售有限公司.
Our silver pieces are prepared, fulfilled, and shipped from China or through our designated fulfillment partners.
Our registered business address, shipping origin, and return address may be different. Please do not send returns to any address without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.
About Lumora Products
Lumora creates handmade or hand-finished silver jewelry rooted in Guizhou, Southwest China.
Our pieces are made primarily with 990 or 999 silver, depending on the design, structure, and wearability of each piece. The exact material is noted on each product page.
Because many Lumora pieces are handmade or hand-finished, slight variations in texture, polish, shape, or detail may naturally occur. These variations are not considered defects.
Product Information
We do our best to present product descriptions, photos, materials, sizes, colors, prices, and availability as accurately as possible.
However, slight differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, handmade production, natural silver characteristics, or measurement methods.
Please review all product photos, size information, material details, care instructions, shipping information, and return policy before placing your order.
Orders
When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
After an order is placed, we may send confirmation, shipping, or customer service emails related to your order.
Most Lumora orders are prepared in about 3 business days before shipping. During busy periods, holidays, or for certain handmade pieces, preparation may take slightly longer.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once production, preparation, or fulfillment has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Please review all product photos, size information, material details, care instructions, shipping information, and return policy carefully before placing your order.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown on our website.
We reserve the right to update product prices, promotions, discounts, or availability at any time.
Payment must be completed at checkout before an order can be processed.
Shipping Origin
Lumora orders are prepared and shipped from China.
Shipping
We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States.
U.S. standard shipping usually takes 8–12 business days after dispatch.
International shipping usually takes 8–25 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country, customs processing, weather, holidays, and local delivery conditions.
Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
If you are purchasing a piece as a gift, we recommend placing your order early.
International Orders, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local fees, or other charges required by their country.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated otherwise.
Lumora is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, local import procedures, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with the complete original packaging.
Please contact us before sending anything back. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Our return address may be different from our registered business address or shipping origin. Items returned without prior communication may not be accepted.
For returns due to personal reasons, including change of mind, size preference, or style preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Lumora is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the listing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
In these cases, we will help review the issue and cover the return shipping cost if a return is required because of our mistake.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval, depending on your payment provider.
Jewelry Care
High-purity silver naturally changes over time.
Oxidation, darkening, scratches, or changes in tone may occur through normal wear, exposure to air, moisture, sweat, perfume, cosmetics, seawater, swimming pool water, hot springs, chemicals, or improper storage.
These natural changes are not considered quality defects.
Please follow the care instructions provided on our website and product pages.
Repairs & Warranty
Repairs after delivery are not complimentary unless the issue was caused by a production error.
Natural oxidation, tarnishing, normal scratches, bending caused by pressure or impact, breakage caused by pulling or improper use, water or chemical damage, lost parts, and damage caused by improper storage are not covered by warranty.
Please treat your Lumora silver gently. High-purity silver is beautiful and meaningful, but it is softer and more sensitive than many harder jewelry metals.
Gift Messages
We may offer complimentary gift card messages with orders.
Gift card messages are separate from the jewelry and do not include engraving, personalization, or customization on the jewelry itself.
Please keep gift messages brief so they can fit neatly on a small gift card.
Customization
Unless clearly stated on a product page, Lumora does not offer custom engraving, name engraving, date engraving, custom chain length, design changes, personalized symbols, initials, or custom product sizing.
Each piece will be prepared according to the listed design, size, material, and available options shown on the product page.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, product names, images, designs, logos, graphics, and brand materials, belongs to Lumora or is used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without written permission.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lumora is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our website, products, shipping delays, third-party services, customs delays, carrier delays, or customer misuse of jewelry.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
