Shipping & Production
Each Lumora piece is prepared with care before shipping.

Most orders are prepared in about 3 business days before dispatch. Some pieces may need slightly more time depending on the design, stock status, hand-finishing process, holidays, or order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

United States
We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 8–12 business days.

All Other Countries
International shipping is available to selected countries.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 8–25 business days.

International shipping fee: $10.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.

Made-to-Order Note
Some Lumora pieces may be prepared after your order is placed, but they are not customizable unless customization options are shown on the product page.
