Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with the complete original packaging.
Please contact us before sending anything back. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Items returned without prior communication may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For returns due to personal reasons, including change of mind, size preference, or style preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Lumora is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Significantly Different Items
If your item arrives damaged, is significantly different from the listing, or if we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
In these cases, we will help review the issue and cover the return shipping cost if a return is required because of our mistake.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be considered if the item arrives damaged, is significantly different from the listing, or if we made a production error.
For personal preference, size preference, or style preference, please follow the return process above if the item is eligible within the 15-day return window.
