Repairs after delivery are not complimentary unless the issue was caused by a production error.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the listing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

What Is Not Covered
The following are not covered as quality defects or complimentary repairs:

· Natural oxidation or tarnishing of silver.

· Normal scratches, marks, or wear from daily use.

· Bending or deformation caused by pressure, impact, or improper storage.

· Breakage caused by pulling, twisting, squeezing, bending, or improper use.

· Damage caused by water, sweat, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals, hot springs, swimming pools, seawater, or chemical cleaners.

· Lost parts or damage caused by improper storage.

High-purity silver is beautiful and precious, but it is softer and more sensitive than many harder metals used in everyday jewelry.

Please remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or heavy activity, and store it carefully when not wearing.
